Housing: Will be discussed with the facility. Reliable transportation required—no public transit available.
Job Description:
Webster County Community Hospital (WCCH), a critical access hospital with an attached rural health clinic, is seeking an experienced RN to join its long-term care unit. This role involves delivering quality resident care, supervising support staff, and contributing to a compassionate, team-oriented care environment.
Unit Details:
- Average census: 25–27 residents
- No designated memory care or assisted living units
- Day Shift Staffing: 1 RN, 1 Med Aide, 2 CNAs, 1 Bath Aide, 1 Restorative Care CNA
- Night Shift Staffing: 1 RN, 1 CNA (Additional CNA 6–10 PM as available)
- Medication: Bubble packs via medication carts (IV fluids administered at hospital)
- Communication: Pager system
- Equipment: Sit-to-stand and Hoyer lifts
- Occasional rare blood draws may be required
Requirements:
- Active RN License in Nebraska or Compact State
- Minimum 2 years of recent LTC RN experience
- BLS Certification (American Heart Association only)
