Patient Diagnoses:
ADULT Cardiac patients to include LVAD patients in our ACS (advance cardiac support clinic) they manage the cardio mems
- EP clinic
- Afib clinic known as SCAN.HTN clinic.
- Gen Card for CAD and HTN.
- Interventionalists- CAD, STENTS angiograms.
Structural Heart to include TAVR, TMVR, LAAO, PFO/ASD closures, Alcohol Septal ablations, Mitral and tricuspid clips.
Special Procedures/Unit Details:
Patient teaching and follow up care of all testing and procedures
Inpatient Cardiac experience is required for this position.
