RN Float Pool Job Summary: Our Float Pool units are fast paced units that include high acuity patients. Are you looking to increase your knowledge base? Our Float Pool leadership team fosters an environment that supports learning, mentoring, and building each team member. Patient Population: Float Pool floats to Med/Surg, Tele, ICU, and PCU Patient Ratios: Vary by unit License/Certification 1+ years of US experience as an RN 2+ years of Med Surg or Med Telemetry experience in an acute care with inpatient in a hospital setting Float Pool experience highly desired. Med Tele candidates with insulin, stable drips, NIH assessment highly desired. RN – Registered Nurse. BLS – Basic Life Support. “We are an equal opportunity employer.
