Patient 1/Schedule 1

Schedule:

Sunday 9:00pm-9:00am

Monday 9:00pm-7:00am

Tuesday 9:00pm-9:00am

Wednesday 9:00pm-9:00am

Thursday 9:00pm-9:00am

Location/Setting: Kennesaw 30144

Age Range: Infant

Acuity: Trach/Vent

Patient 2/Schedule 2

Schedule: Sunday-Wednesday 6:00pm-6:00am, Fridayday-Saturday

Location/Setting: Kennesaw 30144

Age Range: Child

Acuity: Feeding Tube

Qualifications  

Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days  
Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
Must have reliable transportation
