Schedule:

Sunday 8:00am-1:30pm

Monday 4:00am-3:00pm

Tuesday 4:00am-8:00pm

Wednesday 4:00am-3:00pm

Thursday 4:00am-8:00pm

Friday 4:00am-3:00pm

Location/Setting: Dawsonville 30534

Qualifications  

Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days  
Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
Must have reliable transportation
