About Cottage Grove, MN
Cottage Grove, MN, like each Heartland Dental supported office, is unique to the community and the patients they serve. With support of a practice manager and a highly trained team on site, coupled with a vast network of experts across the nation, you’ll be completely connected to all the resources and support of Heartland Dental.

- FFS/PPO patient base with a supportive team
- Looking for a full time doctor, we are open to a new grad but we are seeking the right match. Hours would be Mon/Tues 7-2; Wed/Thurs 12-7 and every other Friday and possibly an occasional Saturday
You’ll need to have
- DDS/DMD degree, active and unrestricted license in state of Minnesota
- Clinical knowledge to practice comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients
- Ability to become credentialed with dental insurance plans
- The position will have access to minimum PHI necessary for performing job-related functions; regular HIPAA training, aligning with the specific role and responsibilities, will be required; and the individual will need to protect PHI and maintain data safeguards.
It’s a plus if you have
- New grad to over a year or more of clinical experience
- Invisalign Certification is a plus
Physical Requirements

- Prolonged periods sitting and standing
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
- Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year

This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
