PRIMARY DUTIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

As a Residential Electrical Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing electrical systems in residential properties. You will work closely with homeowners to ensure their electrical systems are safe, functional, and up to code. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality electrical solutions to our clients.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

&bull Valid electrician's license.

&bull Valid driver's license.

&bull Proven experience in residential service work.
&bull Strong knowledge of electrical systems and codes.
&bull Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
&bull Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
&bull Strong communication and customer service skills.
&bull Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

&bull Diagnose and repair electrical issues in residential properties.
&bull Install and maintain electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and electrical panels.
&bull Perform routine inspections and maintenance of electrical systems.
&bull Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.
&bull Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with homeowners.
&bull Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
&bull Always follow safety protocols and procedures.
