Restaurant Service Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Deliver consistently excellent and welcoming guest experiences.
- Train and supervise FOH staff, including Expos, to uphold Mi Cocina standards.
- Execute and monitor daily operations, inventory, labor schedules, and compliance.
- Uphold cleanliness, safety, and food quality in every shift.
- Handle hiring, training, coaching, and performance management with care and consistency.
- Partner with the Restaurant Director to achieve business goals and exceed guest expectations.
What We’re Looking For in a Restaurant Service Manager:
- 3+ years of experience in front-of-house restaurant management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Food Manager and Alcohol Server Certifications (or ability to obtain).
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Tech-savvy with comfort using POS systems, Outlook, and Word.
- Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
