Monday through Friday schedule with one weekend per month -- 40 guaranteed hours weekly
Average of 30 patient visits per week in home health setting
Home health setting with mix of initial evaluations and follow-up visits
Minimum one year home health experience required
Overtime available with prior approval
Mix of start of care, recertification, and routine visits
Long-term ongoing coverage opportunity
Established productivity guidelines with point-based system

Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
