Physical Therapist

Description of the role:

The Physical Therapist at Springs Village Care Center in Colorado Springs, CO will be responsible for providing exceptional care and rehabilitation services to patients in need of physical therapy.

Responsibilities:

Conduct initial patient assessments and establish individualized treatment plans
Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve patients' mobility and quality of life
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

Valid license to practice physical therapy in Colorado
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
