Pay:$40-$45Shift Schedule:10:45 pm – 07:15 pm

Job Description:
- Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse delivers efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
- Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plank of care, as well as physician’s treatment plan.
- Follow a care plan designed by the Nurse Manager.
- Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC)
- Monitor resident’s conditions and report accordingly.
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided.

Minimum Qualifications- Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing
- CPR/BLS Certification is required
- Experience in skilled nursing facility, long term care or rehab
