Physical Therapist Role $2,016-$2,116 per week

Are you a dedicated Physical Therapist looking to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others? Join our compassionate team in Abilene, Texas, where you’ll help residents regain mobility, strength, and independence in a supportive Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess residents’ mobility, strength, and therapy needs.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve residents’ functional abilities and quality of life.
Provide therapeutic interventions, including exercises and modalities, to help residents achieve their goals.
Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide education to residents and their families.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.
Document assessments, treatments, and progress accurately and in compliance with facility and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in Texas.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (preferred but not required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care.
