Job Details:
- $0.67 cpm
- Detention pay: $20 per hour - paid in 15-minute increments
- Breakdown pay: $15 per hour
- Hazmat pay per load: $25
- Holiday pay per day: $140 per day
- Safety training pay per hour: $20
- New hire training pay: $250 per day
