Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized care plans with the healthcare team
- Communicate with residents, families, and staff
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Monitor vital signs and administer medications
- Supervise CNAs and LPNs
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Required documents:
- Active RN license (state-specific or Nurse Compact eligible)
- Current BLS/CPR (AHA)
- two-step TB test
- Skills check list
- Updated resume
