Providence is calling for applications for our November 2025 RN Float Personnel Fellowship. An RN Fellow at Providence St Joseph Health will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors and hands-on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you. This position starts November 17, 2025.

Required qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year of Nursing experience (new to specialty).
Preferred qualifications:
- Upon hire: National Certification in area of specialty
