Salary: $80,000.00-$95,000.00 (dependent on experience)

What You'll Do:
- Design, develop and implement a wide range of ABA programs for children with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Collaborate with families and other clinicians to tailor ABA programs to specific client needs
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians delivering direct services
- Evaluate and update client progress reports via industry-leading data collection software
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team dedicated to ACES' mission

QualificationsWhat We're Looking For: - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
- Proven experience developing and implementing client programs (preferably in the ABA industry)
- Enthusiastic leaders who enjoy training, managing and supporting entry-level direct care staff
- Must pass a criminal background check, TB test, and have or receive immunities to MMR/VZV
