Description
The Clinical Nurse Educator fosters a climate of life-long learning, promotes organizational values, supports creative and critical thinking and a climate that facilitates change, open communication, adult learning, collaborative relationships, and professional growth. The Clinical Nurse Educator develops, coordinates, and evaluates educational programs for the orientation and work force development of staff within the Department of Nursing.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree - Nursing.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 5 years - Current clinical and/or educational experience in Nursing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree - Nursing or related field. Applicants who are currently enrolled in a graduate program will be considered with an agreement to complete graduate degree within two years
