Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Home Health - HH to join our travel team in Hawthorne, NY! This is a full time travel contract position.
Requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Active NY TLC HCS of Nassau Suffolk LLC (20137) license
- 2+ years of Home Health - HH experience
- This position begins on 06/23/2025 and ends on 09/20/2025
