Job Title: Critical Care Float Pool RN Contract Length: 13 weeks Start Date: ASAP Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48 hours/week Shifts: 12-hour variable (day/night rotation) Float: Between Critical Care, Cardiac ICU, and IMC; may float to lower acuity units Certifications: MN RN License, BLS & ACLS (AHA or ARC), NIHSS; TNCC & CCRN preferred Experience: 1+ year acute care (critical care within last 3 years preferred) Epic charting preferred Prior travel assignment preferred Requirements: Must live outside a 50-mile radius 2 of 4 weekends, every other holiday No on-call Royal Blue scrubs
