Genie Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN Case Management Manager for a local contract nursing job in Milford, Massachusetts.

· Monday-Friday, 8-4:30p for 40 hrs/wk, 13 weeks

· 4-5 location visits/day

· Could go into homes, LTC, assisted living facilities for patients

· Must have at least 1 year hospice experience

· Coverage area: Milford to Bellingham/Franklin, no further west than Wrentham
