State License Required : WI
Certifications Required : ARRT-R (required) ARRT-CT (CT preferred), BLS
Experience Required : Independent in Xray/CT and Siemens, IV Starts
Travel Experience Required : Preferred
Case Types Frequency : General x-ray, CT service nothing unusual really
Varies could be 5 one day and 40 the next day. exams per year, 7000 if these are CT.
Equipment Used : Mostly Siemens, GE C-arms
EMR : Epic
PACS : Phillips
Shifts/Scheduling : Schedule will come from director, 4-6 weeks at a time. Very transparent with our scheduling needs and volume before a traveler signs up. Continue staggered start for 1st shift during the week, 12-16 hour shifts on the weekend. Desire is for majority of hours to be Fri, Sat, Sun 3/12’s, 7a-7p. I am open to work with traveler and fill hours to 40 per week if they desire. Holiday coverage is a must
Call/Standby :None
Floating : We do provide C-arm coverage in the ORs. Not uncommon.
Scrub Color : No color requirement, self-provided
Scanners/Rooms : 1 main CT scanner, 1 backup CT scanner, 2 general x-ray rooms, 4 C-arms in OR
Supervisor/Lead : Director of Department- Lead in CT, no Lead in XR
Radiologist In house : Mostly yes, M-F some virtual weeks
Unit orientation : One week to train w/ director, CT staff, and Xray staff
Certifications Required : ARRT-R (required) ARRT-CT (CT preferred), BLS
