Echo Sonographer (Cardiac Sonography) Role: Echo Tech / Cardiac Sonographer Shift: [Insert shift, e.g., Days, 4x10s] Location: [Facility Name, City/State] Contract Length: [e.g., 13 weeks] Certifications: ARDMS (RDCS) or CCI (RCS), BLS Experience: 1–2 years recent echo experience required Key Responsibilities: Perform transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE), stress echos, and bubble studies Assist in transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE) if needed Identify cardiac structures, assess function, and evaluate valve function using ultrasound imaging Document and report findings using EMR (e.g., EPIC) and PACS systems Equipment: Philips, GE Vivid, or similar platforms Patient Population: Primarily adult, with some pediatric if facility requires Additional Info: May be required to float to nearby locations or assist with general ultrasound if cross-trained Scrub color per facility policy
