Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Oak Creek, Wisconsin.

Job Description & Requirements

24 hours per week
Shift: 12 hours, nights
Employment Type: Travel

Job Summary:

Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients.
This individual demonstrates competency in delivery of care to a primarily adult population.
The Registered Nurse job description has incorporated the 15 essential functions of the job description which are adapted from the ANA Standards of Clinical Nursing Practice.
Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience: -

Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice at a level normally acquired through completion of a minimum of two years education at an accredited School of Nursing in order to be eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse is required.
Telemetry competence
2 years of ED Nursing Experience

Required Certifications & Licensure:

Requires current state of Wisconsin or a Multi-state Registered Nurse License.
BLS (AHA) AND ACLS (AHA) required

Schedule Notes:

07:15 PM -07:15 AM
Every other weekend
No call
18-week contract
